Meet Bird Balm . . . the dreamiest, cream to oil, multi-purpose balm you will ever find. Thanks to Shea Butter (proven to soothe inflammation and eczema flare ups), you can spread Bird Balm on all your nooks and crannies (heels, elbows, knees, neck, belly, and so on) for an instant skin exhale. We also infused our Bird Balm with Peppermint and Grapefruit, known to help relieve anxiety and restore your inner strength.
