About 15 minutes before bedtime, apply a generous layer and gently pat into clean skin until absorbed. Leave on overnight. For a quick treatment, leave on for 15 to 20 minutes, then massage into skin and blot away excess or rinse. Use 1 to 3 times per week. Suitable for sensitive skin types.
